Holistix gym is a fully equipped private gym in a beautiful location in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire.
GYM
The gym comprises a full range of state of the art commercial gym equipment.
Equipment includes:
Cardio: Treadmill, Cross-trainer, Rowers, Bike etc.
Weights: Smith machine, Lat Pulldown, Leg Extension, Shoulder press, Mid Row, Leg Curl, Bench, Preacher curl bench etc.
Top of the range Hammer strength and Ivenko Dumbbells ranging from 5 kg to 60 kg.
Studio
Holistix Studio is located next to the gym and can be used for stretching, yoga, core work, boxing and personal training.
The Holistix gym has its own private car park with in and out driveway.
Gym is easily accessible and is just off the A10 and only a 5 minute drive from Goffs Oak and Cuffley.
Membership
The gym and studio is exclusively members only with No Contract, No joining fee for only £5 pay as you go or £20 per month
