Your journey begins with an in-depth 1-to-1 consultation (90 minutes). This includes a comprehensive health and medical history, diet and lifestyle assessment, symptom review, goal setting, identification of potential root causes, and discussion of testing options.
Where appropriate, we can arrange blood tests, hormonal health testing, and other functional testing. These provide insight into nutrient status, hormonal balance, metabolic health, and inflammation, allowing for more targeted and effective support.
Following your consultation (and testing where applicable), you’ll receive a personalised nutrition plan including dietary guidance, hormone-aware and gut-focused strategies, lifestyle recommendations, supplement guidance where appropriate, and ongoing support.
Longer-term nutrition programmes are available for those seeking deeper support, including wellness, vitality, hormonal balance, and sustainable weight management. Nutrition can also be combined with personal training and lifestyle coaching for a fully integrated approach
