How to lose weight and keep it off?
Are you stuck in a rut and can’t seem to lose weight?
Calorie counting and calorie restriction won’t work!
And here’s why!
➡️ Fat is simply energy stored for future use
➡️ If you are constantly eating carbs eg cereal bread pasta etc, you are constantly topping up your energy! So your body never gets a chance to use up its fat stores!
➡️To enable your body to use its own energy supply up ie fat stores, you need to limit its supply
➡️ So try instead of a morning porridge having a small amount of carbs with some protein and healthy fats which will supply steady energy but it will be released more slowly
Try:
✅ Replacing porridge with a small slice of sourdough, avocado and poached eggs
✅ add protein and healthy fats to each meal
✅ limit white starchy carbs as much as possible ie bread, rice, potatoes , pasta, cakes. Replace with nutritious foods such as vegetables and salads
✅ for faster results cut these foods out as much as possible and just enjoy at weekends
✅ for even faster results try working out before you eat breakfast as you will be directly accessing your fat stores for energy!
